FWMoA Staff Spotlight

Sarah Aubrey and Sachi Yanari-Rizzo
Changes to the building are clearly visible; changes in the responsibilities of our Museum staff sometimes are not. Recently, the Curatorial Department made a subtle change with a big impact on the future of the FWMoA.
Sachi Yanari-Rizzo, long the Curator of Collections, is now Curator of Prints and Drawings. Her new duties focus her energies on further building on the strength of this special portion of our Collection, as well as overseeing the new Print Study Gallery. This specialty gallery will give the public the unique opportunity of experiencing all of our prints and drawings in a very direct and personal way.
Sarah Aubrey, Curator of Adult Programs, has added to her title change a long list of responsibilities. Sarah is now Curator of Education and Special Exhibitions. Along with overseeing her innovative programs for adults, Sarah will be working on several exciting exhibitions for the spring as well as a knock-out exhibition planned for the re-opening of the museum in 2010.
