Building Relationships for Success:
Imaging One Another
June 28 – October 19, 2008
Sponsored by Foellinger Foundation
Throughout the 2007-2008 school year, the Fort Wayne Museum of Art distributed digital cameras to area 4th and 5th grade students as part of Building Relationships for Success: Imaging One Another, an outreach initiative funded by the Foellinger Foundation. The mission of this three-year program is, through the medium of digital photography, to strengthen relationships between participating students and their parents, adult caregivers and mentors.
This summer, artworks from the nine schools that participated in this program in 2007-2008 will be brought together in an engaging and insightful exhibition. Featuring artwork by students from Benoit Academy, Fairfield Elementary, Harris Elementary, Harrison Hill Elementary, Irwin Elementary, Meadowbrook Elementary, New Haven Elementary, Pleasant Center Elementary and St. John Elementary. |
