Since the ground-breaking in August 2008, much has changed around the Fort Wayne Museum of Art.  Even the most seasoned Museum-goer will do a double-take when seeing the transformation of familiar spaces.  A previous exterior door now looks to a new gallery, a glass façade has been added facing Main Street, floors have been replaced and our grounds transformed.  Expansion: Building the New Fort Wayne Museum of Art captures it all.  Photographer Ken Rieves was commissioned to document the construction’s progress weekly. The photographs range from the dramatic to the intricately mundane—mirroring the construction process itself.
